Frequently Asked Questions

  • Virtual 1:1 health coaching that is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll create a health plan that fits your lifestyle and provides ongoing support to help you succeed. Sessions are available via audio or video, depending on your comfort and preference.

  • I offer a 3-month option because I understand that committing to longer-term support can feel overwhelming — especially if you’ve struggled with consistency in the past.

    Three months allows us to:

    • Build foundational systems

    • Improve nervous system regulation

    • Stabilize key habits

    • Create early wins

That said, I recommend the 6-month program whenever possible.

Research and experience consistently show that sustainable health behavior change — especially when addressing stress physiology, burnout patterns, and gut health — often takes 3–6 months to fully stabilize.

    Six months allows us to:

    • Move beyond “starting strong”

    • Navigate real-life disruptions

    • Strengthen resilience

    • Solidify routines so they hold long-term

The extended timeline also reduces pressure. We build gradually instead of rushing change.

  • The first step is scheduling a free consultation and health history session. This gives us time to explore your goals, current challenges, and whether this feels like the right fit.

If you’re not sure you’re ready to dive in, that’s completely okay.

You can schedule a 10-minute connection call to ask questions, talk through concerns, and get a feel for how I work — no pressure, no commitment.

Prefer email? You’re welcome to reach out through the contact form as well.

Starting something new can feel vulnerable. My goal is to make the first step clear, supportive, and low-pressure.

  • I offer two options for individual coaching:

3-Month Program: Standard Rate: $900 ($150 per session)

6-Month Program: Standard Rate: $1,500 ($125 per session)

Both options include biweekly sessions and ongoing support between sessions.

I offer three pricing tiers for both programs:

    • Supported Rate – For those with financial constraints who would not otherwise be able to participate

    • Standard Rate – Reflects the full value of the program

    • Empower Others Rate – For those with greater financial flexibility who want to help make supported spots available

The sliding scale is self-selected and rooted in trust. You choose the rate that aligns with your current financial reality.

My goal is to balance accessibility with sustainability — for both you and my practice.

  • Yes.

Payment plans are available. You can choose to split your investment into monthly payments to make it more manageable.

If a payment plan would help, we’ll review the options during your consultation and select what works best for you.

  • Yes.

You may be questioning whether you are autistic, ADHD, highly sensitive, chronically burned out, or “just different.” You do not need a formal diagnosis.

    If you resonate with:

    • Burnout cycles

    • Sensory overload

    • Inconsistent energy

    • Difficulty maintaining routines

    • Gut issues that flare with stress

    • Feeling like health advice never quite works for you

    You likely belong here.

We work with your lived experience — not a label.

  • No.

Health coaching is not therapy, and I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Therapy often focuses on processing trauma, relationships, and emotional healing.

    Coaching focuses on:

    • Daily systems

    • Nervous system regulation in real-time

    • Sustainable routines

    • Gut health and lifestyle patterns

    • Reducing overwhelm in everyday life

Many clients work with both a therapist and a coach — they complement each other well

  • Doctors diagnose and treat medical conditions.

Nutritionists may provide structured meal plans or dietary prescriptions.

My work focuses on implementation and sustainability — especially for neurodivergent nervous systems.

    We don’t just ask:
    “What should you eat?”

    We ask:
“How do we make nourishment possible on a low-capacity day?”
“How do we reduce digestive flares linked to stress?”
“How do we build routines that survive disruption?”

It’s about real life, not ideal scenarios.

  • Most programs assume:

    • Consistent energy

    • Stable executive function

    • Predictable motivation

    • Low sensory sensitivity

That model often fails neurodivergent adults.

    This work centers:

    • Flexible structure

    • Capacity-based planning

    • Regulation before optimization

    • Systems that adapt to burnout cycles

    • Reducing shame around inconsistency

We build from your nervous system outward.

  • That’s expected.

    We design for inconsistency.

Instead of rigid routines, we create:

    • “Low capacity” versions of habits

    • Emergency burnout plans

    • Sensory-friendly food strategies

    • Simple environmental supports

    • Micro-wins that compound over time

The goal is sustainability — not perfection.

  • Yes — because gut health and nervous system regulation are deeply connected.

    Many neurodivergent adults experience:

    • IBS-like symptoms

    • Bloating

    • Irregular appetite

    • Stress-triggered digestive flares

    • Food aversions or sensory challenges

    We look at:

    • Stress physiology

    • Eating patterns

    • Food tolerance

    • Meal structure

    • Practical cooking systems

    • Microbiome-supportive habits (without overwhelm)

No extreme elimination diets. No rigid food rules.

    Just steady, supportive change.

  • Nothing you bring here is embarrassing.

    Many high-achieving adults struggle with:

    • Showering consistently

    • Grocery shopping

    • Cooking

    • Cleaning

    • Sleep routines

    • Task initiation

    • Following through

These are nervous system and executive function challenges — not character flaws.

We approach them with compassion and structure.

  • No.

While body composition may change as nervous system stability improves, this is not a weight-centric program.

    The focus is:

    • Energy stability

    • Digestive comfort

    • Burnout reduction

    • Sustainable nourishment

    • Self-trust

    Health is broader than weight.

  • That fear makes sense — especially if you’ve been through many restart cycles.

Part of our work is building:

    • Relapse-resistant systems

    • Recovery plans for disrupted weeks

    • Gentle re-entry after burnout

    • Identity shifts from “I can’t stick to anything” to “I can reset safely”

    This is not about intensity.
It’s about building something you can return to.

  • If you are in acute mental health crisis, experiencing severe depression, suicidal thoughts, or untreated medical issues, please seek immediate professional care.

    Coaching works best when:

    • You are safe and stable

    • You’re ready to build structure

    • You want support implementing change

If you’re unsure, we can discuss this during a consultation.

  • While everyone is different, common outcomes include:

    • Reduced burnout crashes

    • More predictable energy

    • Improved digestive comfort

    • Better tolerance for stress

    • Increased follow-through

    • Less shame around inconsistency

    • A sustainable rhythm that feels realistic

Progress may be subtle — but it’s steady.

  • That’s welcome here.

You don’t have to be sold.
You don’t have to be certain.

You just have to be curious about building a life that works better for your nervous system.

  • You can reach out anytime via the contact page or email. I aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
